About the process
Our induction process includes three key phases consisting of learning sessions, interviews and group tasks. Each phase is designed to add significant value to our applicants. The learning sessions provide essential knowledge and skills while the interviews help identify individual strengths and potential while the group tasks foster teamwork and practical problem solving abilities
